I just got back from the most incredible yoga retreat in Tulum, and it truly felt like a dream from start to finish. Every detail was so thoughtfully curated. The accommodations were absolutely beautiful—peaceful, comfortable, and surrounded by nature, making it so easy to fully relax and unwind. Waking up each morning in that setting felt magical. The food was beyond amazing—fresh, nourishing, and honestly some of the best meals I’ve had. Every dish felt intentional and energizing, and you could really feel the care that went into it. The yoga sessions were grounding, inspiring, and accessible for all levels, and the energy of the group made it even more special. There was such a perfect balance between structured activities and free time to just be. What truly set this retreat apart was the host and yoga instructor, the incredible Janine Forte. Her warmth, presence, and passion created such a welcoming and transformative environment—you can truly feel how much love and intention she puts into every part of the experience. I left feeling lighter, clearer, recharged, and so grateful. If you’re even considering a retreat, don’t hesitate—this one is truly something special. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I just attended a retreat in Tulum Mexico with One Yoga International. And I have to pause for a minute before writing this because there are No words to describe how utterly amazing this retreat was. Janine Forte founder of One Yoga International and leader of the retreat is a remarkable soulful spirit that finds a way to make everyone else’s spirit come shining through. It is a powerful experience to be in a yoga session with someone so in tune with herself and to everyone in the room both individually and as a group all at once. The experience is indescribable it’s something that you just have to be a part of to know what I’m talking about. You will leave this retreat feeling renewed, refreshed, recharged but most importantly revitalized with a new outlook on all the good that life has to offer. But that is not all because it’s not just about the yoga, it’s about selecting the perfect location, combining the right group of people, planning delicious dinners perfectly crafted to fit the soulfulness of the retreat and even adding in special activities like a cooking class and a salsa lesson. Thank you Janine and One Yoga International for changing my life! Can’t wait for the next one! On a scale of 1-10, I give this experience 1000!!!!

Janine Forte has been like an older sister to me since the day we met. We connected instantly over our shared love of dogs, yoga, and meditation. When she began her Yoga Teacher Training, I dreamed of joining her and eventually followed in her footsteps. Because of my special needs, I was initially afraid to try unfamiliar poses. With Janine’s patient guidance and encouragement, I’ve practiced them consistently for six years and have nearly mastered them. Beyond yoga, she has helped me see myself with greater confidence and compassion. During teacher training, I created a green heart art piece symbolizing love from the heart chakra. That experience — inspired by Janine — deeply moved me and led me to rename my business from Accessories by Tal to Yoga & Accessories from the Heart. The green heart reminds me that everything I offer comes from intention, healing, and love. Janine’s influence has shaped not only my practice, but my life.💚

After 20 years of dedication to my personal yoga practice, I felt it was finally time to take a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training to deepen my understanding of the Yoga Tradition and Philosophy. I’ve been studying with the Hybrid One Yoga International YTT program for a couple of months now. The self-paced structure has been a lifesaver. As a busy mom and entrepreneur managing multiple businesses, my schedule is unpredictable, so being able to study when I can—and revisit lessons when needed—has made this training sustainable. What really stands out is how thoughtfully the platform is designed. Philosophy, asana, anatomy, and history are seamlessly interwoven, supported by videos, books, reflective homework, and journaling prompts that deepen the learning. Janine, the creator and master teacher, is amazing—knowledgeable, experienced, and deeply grounded in the love for the Yoga tradition. The anatomy section is especially practical, helping future teachers truly understand how the body moves so we can guide students safely and prevent injuries. This training is meaningful, well-structured, and realistic. I’m especially looking forward to the immersive YTT weekend in Miami to bring everything I’ve been learning into practice, and connect with likeminded people.

I've had the great joy of attending three One Yoga International Retreats led by Janine! The entire experience is seamless with activities that guests can opt in or out of to make their retreat exactly what each individual needs. Each retreat has offered creative complements to the yoga experience woven through out- one of the many things which make her retreats unique! The yoga is the best as Janine brings her wealth of teaching experience, knowledge and care to her craft. I always feel so restored post retreat with a buzz that lasts for weeks after. I've made incredible friends and memories and look forward to attending many more in my lifetime!

I had an amazing experience with One Yoga International during Mexico retreat in Tulum. The yoga practice was powerful, grounding, and deeply spiritual, and the entire trip was filled with unforgettable emotions and beautiful connections. Everything was organized with care, creating a supportive space to relax and truly reconnect with ourselves. I left this place totally recharged and refilled. Forever grateful 🤍🧘🏻‍♀️

Frequently Asked Questions

No experience level is required to enroll. Many of our most successful graduates came in as intermediate practitioners or even beginners. The training is designed to build your understanding from the ground up. What matters most is genuine curiosity, commitment to learning, and a love for the practice not how long you can hold a handstand.

Because the program is self-paced, this is entirely up to you. Most students complete it in 4–9 months while continuing to work and maintain their daily lives. Some complete it faster, some slower both are perfectly valid. You’ll have 12 months of access to all course materials, with the option to extend if needed.

Both programs share the same online self-paced curriculum, the same faculty, and lead to the same Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certification. The Hybrid program additionally includes one mandatory weekend in-person immersion (you choose from two 2026 dates). This weekend offers hands-on teaching practice, in-person feedback, and a deeply connective group experience that online learning cannot fully replicate. If you can attend, we recommend it.

Yes. Upon completion, you will be eligible to register as an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, which is the globally recognized credential for professional yoga teachers. Our curriculum includes a dedicated business and professional development module to help you navigate the career transition — from finding your first classes to building a sustainable teaching practice online or in-person.

Both programs offer a one-time payment option or a 3-month payment plan at no additional cost. The Online Program is $1,497 one-time (or $549 × 3). The Hybrid Program is $1,997 one-time (or $749 × 3). We occasionally offer limited early enrollment discounts — join our info session or email us to ask about current offers.

The free info session is a live Google Meet call with Janine and/or a member of the team. It’s a genuine conversation — not a sales pitch. You’ll have the chance to hear about the curriculum, meet the teaching team, ask your specific questions, and get a clear picture of whether this training is right for you right now. There is absolutely no obligation to enroll. We want you to feel confident before you commit.

You’ll have access to our private student community, written feedback on your practice teaching assignments, a guided course map to keep you organized, and the ability to email our team with questions throughout. You are never just watching videos alone — mentorship and support are built into the structure of the program from beginning to end.
